Therapy 2000 in McAllen, Texas, seeks a dedicated pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to support home-based therapy under a supervising SLP. You will help children achieve communication goals and work with families to implement treatment plans.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy treatments under Supervising Speech Language Pathologist goals and treatment plans.
• Develop home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with patients’ medical teams to coordinate care.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required.
• Meet deadlines for patient chart updates, progress summaries, logs, and paperwork.
• Coordinate with agency personnel to maintain expectations for high-quality care.
• Perform duties in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
• Adhere to regulations and guidelines for home-health pediatric speech language pathology.
