Therapy 2000 is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide in-home therapy across Texas. You will work under the guidance of a Supervising SLP, delivering treatment plans and creating home exercise programs for children in their homes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and healthcare providers, meeting visit targets, and ensuring timely chart updates and documentation while maintaining compliance with agency policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
• Experience in a home-health setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy treatments under Supervising Speech Language Pathologist goals and treatment plans.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines to support patient needs.
• Meet weekly visit requirements and maintain up-to-date chart documentation.
