Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy treatments under Supervising Speech Language Pathologist goals and treatment plans.
• Develop home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Meet a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Keep patient charts updated with progress notes and logs.
• Meet with agency personnel to align on expectations and standards.
• Comply with agency policies, procedures, and regulations.
