Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver pediatric speech therapy in home-based settings across Texas. You will evaluate patients, design and implement therapy plans, and partner with families to support home practice.

The role emphasizes collaboration with medical teams, documentation, and adherence to agency policies while delivering high-quality care to children in their familiar environments.

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license required.
• Reliability and professional dependability.
• Flexibility to shift priorities as needed in a home-health setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with a patient’s medical team to coordinate care across providers.
• Complete required patient visits weekly and maintain timely chart updates.
