THERAPY 2000 in Texas seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join a mission-driven team delivering home-based therapy to children. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy while coordinating care with families and providers to ensure compassionate, high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative spirit with a history of reliability.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care between providers and disciplines.
• Meet weekly patient visit minimum as required by the agency.
• Complete patient chart updates and progress notes on time.
• Maintain understanding of expectations and standards for delivering high-quality care.
• Adhere to all agency policies, codes of ethics, and laws applicable to home-health pediatric SLP.
