Responsibilities

• Be the calm, welcoming presence families meet first.
• Manage check-in, insurance verification, and payments without losing accuracy.
• Explain wait times and next steps clearly and respectfully.
• Juggle phones, walk-ins, and systems during busy shifts.
• Document thoroughly in the EMR and protect patient privacy.
• Work closely with clinical teams to keep patient flow moving.
