Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enjoys working with children and families.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and during busy clinic periods.
• Ability to multitask while remaining professional and organized.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Be the calm, welcoming presence families meet first.
• Manage patient check-in, insurance verification, and payments accurately.
• Explain wait times, clinic processes, and next steps clearly and respectfully.
• Answer phones and assist walk-in patients while managing multiple systems.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
• Protect patient privacy and follow confidentiality requirements.
• Work closely with clinical team to keep patient flow moving.
• Provide compassionate, professional customer service to children and families.
