Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is seeking a Bilingual Front Office Specialist Float to join our busy clinics in the DFW East Region. This seasonal, full-time role supports patient check-in, insurance verification, payments, and front desk tasks while delivering compassionate service to families and children.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the calm, welcoming presence families meet first
• Manage patient check-in, insurance verification, and payments accurately
• Explain wait times, clinic processes, and next steps clearly and respectfully
• Answer phones and assist walk-in patients while managing multiple systems
• Document patient information thoroughly and accurately in the EMR
• Protect patient privacy and follow confidentiality requirements
• Work closely with clinical team to keep patient flow moving
• Provide compassionate, professional customer service to children and families
• Maintain an organized, clean front desk area
• Help ensure families have a positive experience from check-in through checkout
