Job summary

Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is seeking a Bilingual Medical Front Office Specialist for the Casa View Clinic in Dallas, TX. The role is seasonal-full-time with hours Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–8:00 pm, and offers a pay range of $16–$18 per hour depending on experience.

The front desk handles check-in, insurance verification, and patient payments; accurate data entry into the EMR; and collaboration with clinical teams to maintain smooth patient flow. A HS diploma and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Be the calm, welcoming presence families meet first.
• Manage check-in, insurance verification, and payments with accuracy.
• Explain wait times and next steps clearly and respectfully.
• Juggle phones, walk-ins, and systems during busy shifts.
• Document thoroughly in the EMR and protect patient privacy.
• Work closely with clinical teams to keep patient flow moving.
