Legacy Community Health is seeking a Bilingual Care Team Assistant - Pediatrics to support patients, families, and caregivers while coordinating care. You will handle calls, lab results, prescriptions, and pre-visit planning as part of a patient-centered team.

The role emphasizes empathy, organization, and clear communication within the care team, with duties spanning clinical coordination and clerical tasks to keep care accessible for the community.

Qualifications

• High-school level education or equivalency.
• Medical Assistant Certification or 2 years clinical experience in ambulatory setting.
• Must maintain BLS/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient communication and support call center interactions.
• Assist with pre-visit planning and ensuring lab results are available.
• Support medication management, referrals, and form completion as directed by providers.
• Document and relay information accurately in the EHRS.
• Promote patient-centered care and collaborate with the care team.
