Legacy Community Health seeks a Bilingual Pediatrics Care Team Assistant to support patients, families, and the care team. You will coordinate calls, manage test results, and assist with pre-visit planning to keep care connected and accessible.

You will work closely with providers and nursing staff, handling documentation, referrals, and translations while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach in a busy clinic.

Qualifications

• High-school level education or equivalency required.
• Medical Assistant Certification or 2 years clinical experience in inpatient/outpatient setting preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient communication and triage per protocol.
• Document and route inquiries in EHRS.
• Return patient calls and communicate results to patients.
