Job summary

iBUYPOWER in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Technical Customer Service Agent who speaks French and English to diagnose and troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues while delivering exceptional support.

This role requires strong hardware/software knowledge, hands-on repair skills, and the ability to communicate clearly via email, chat, and phone. The team emphasizes customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven quality customer service experience.
• Experience repairing desktops and laptops in a professional setting.
• Strong troubleshooting and hardware knowledge.
• Ability to assemble computers from components.
• Experience with CRM and knowledge base software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose PC issues and resolve customer inquiries.
• Respond via email, live chat, phone, and social channels.
• Repair and/or rebuild defective computers as needed.
• Enter data into customer records and manage orders/ RMAs.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of service and brand integrity.
