Job summary

CrucialLogics Inc. seeks a bilingual Support Analyst to assist French- and English-speaking clients across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. You will be the first point of contact, resolve issues, and document solutions to improve client environments.

Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), training client staff, and coordinating with IT teams to identify service opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both French and English.
• IT or Computer Systems college diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in a Support Analyst or End User Support role.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Android, and iOS.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and Intune administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for users with varying technical skills
• Support mixed Windows and macOS environments and business peripherals
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Troubleshoot complex Office 365 issues and collaborate with IT teams
• Assist clients with Office 365 migrations, integrations, and customizations
• Conduct regular audits of client environments for compliance and security
• Deliver training and workshops to client staff
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify service opportunities
