BI, a leading technology company based in Boulder, Colorado, seeks an IT Helpdesk/Support Specialist to handle inbound calls, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve problems efficiently.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, 2+ years in IT support, and solid knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Flexibility to work varying hours in a call center environment is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years in an information technology support/helpdesk role preferred.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills.
• US citizenship and residency requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accepts inbound phone calls from contracted agency personnel and processes alerts per contract.
• Troubleshoots and escalates hardware and software issues; communicates status to internal teams.
• Provides advanced troubleshooting and support across monitoring operations departments.
• Acts as liaison between Monitoring Operations, Monitoring Customer Service, Training, and other departments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
