Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services seeks a detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Specialist in Secaucus, NJ to manage end-to-end payroll using ADP Workforce Now. You will review timesheets, process changes, and handle withholdings while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent payroll experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
• Review and edit employee timesheets using ADP Workforce Manager.
• Process payroll changes, direct deposits, bonuses, commissions, and manual checks.
• Administer court-ordered deductions and other withholdings.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports, W-2s, verifications, and unemployment requests.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for HR using Excel.
• Submit payroll funding requests for 401(k) and other plans.
• Assist with independent driver payments and related activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
