Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years payroll experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees with high accuracy.
• Administer payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Review and reconcile time and attendance records including overtime, shift premiums, vacation, and holidays.
• Interpret and administer payroll provisions in collective bargaining agreements.
• Process employee status changes including new hires, transfers, promotions, leaves, and terminations.
• Administer payroll deductions, garnishments, and benefit deductions.
• Respond to payroll inquiries in English and Spanish in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and contractual payroll requirements.
• Support payroll audits, year-end processing, W-2 preparation, and payroll reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll records.
