Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Payroll, HR & Recruitment Coordinator (bilingual) to manage payroll, onboarding, and recruiting for a busy commercial cleaning team at our corporate office.

You will support both field staff and office personnel while ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws and maintaining confidential records. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, with 3+ years of payroll/HR/recruiting experience, knowledge of ADP Workforce Now or an ATS is a plus, and strong

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 3 years in payroll, HR, or recruiting.
• Experience processing payroll for 200+ employees preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Review timecards for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain employee files and confidentiality.
• Post job openings and screen resumes.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate assessments.
• Track recruiting metrics and turnover.
• Maintain OSHA records and ensure wage/hour compliance.
