The role covers recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave administration, workers' compensation, and regulatory compliance. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong organizational and communication skills to support a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or 3+ years HR experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• Experience supporting multiple HR functions
• Knowledge of employment laws, FMLA, workers' compensation and compliance
• Experience with HRIS/Paycor preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and offboarding
• Serve as primary contact for employee questions and HR matters
• Administer benefits, FMLA and leave programs, workers' compensation claims
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and OSHA
• Use Paycor and HRIS/ATS to manage employee data and recruiting
• Assist investigations and corrective actions
• Support training, development, succession planning and initiatives
• Partner with leadership to improve engagement, retention and culture
• Prepare HR reports and monitor workforce trends
• Lead or support special HR projects as needed
