Job summary

Conditioned Air is seeking an HR Assistant to support hiring, onboarding, background checks, and licensing across a fast-paced skilled trades environment.

You will maintain employee records, track field technician certifications, and assist with safety programs and team engagement.

1–3 years in admin/HR, bilingual English/Spanish a plus; Bachelor's in HR or business preferred; strong communication and organization required.

• 1–3 years of administrative or HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep our hiring engine moving, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support hiring managers.
• Help bring new hires on board with a smooth onboarding experience.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain employee records and keep everything organized and compliant.
• Track certifications and licenses for our field technicians.
• Assist with employee changes, documentation, and HR processes.
• Assist with safety records, OSHA logs, and workers compensation.
• Support recognition programs, team events, and engagement efforts.
• Help maintain a positive, team-oriented culture.
