MBJI, a division of Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance, is seeking Patient Service Representatives to join our growing team.

You'll be the first contact for patients, register them in Athena EMR, manage check-ins, collect copays, and support referrals across multiple locations in NH/MA. Travel between Salem, NH and MA sites is required.

Formación

• Healthcare front desk experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients in Athena EMR to schedule visits.
• Greet patients and assist with check-in; collect copays and balances.
• Manage referrals and support other front desk operations as needed.
