Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and at least one year of healthcare or customer service experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Advanced computer skills and typing proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year healthcare experience and/or 1 year customer service experience.
• Typing 30 WPM or faster.
• Proficient with computers and related applications.
• Medical terminology familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls for clinic appointments.
• Process appointment scheduling, pre-registration, and pre-authorization.
• Verify insurance information and perform pre-authorization when required.
