Qualifications

• 1 year healthcare experience and 1 year customer service experience.
• Prior experience in a healthcare front desk or call center.
• Insurance training with eligibility verification and authorization.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and patient registration workflows.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Typing 30 WPM.
• Proficient with computers and MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming phone calls for clinic appointments.
• Process appointment scheduling, pre-registration, insurance verification, and pre-authorization.
• Verify insurance information and eligibility.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist front desk duties.
