Responsibilities

• Complete initial intake and follow-up calls with patients.
• Process prescription refills per established practice.
• Report patient concerns to licensed clinic personnel.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments using the scheduling system.
• Respond to inquiries from patients and referring physicians with accurate information.
• Act as patient advocate and liaison for Balance Health.
• Serve as concierge/navigation support before, during, and after encounters.
• Perform clerical duties and maintain accurate records.
• Meet or exceed monthly departmental goals as directed by Ops management.
• Adhere to HIPAA, ACW, and minimum call volume standards.
