Job summary

Working closely with the Lead Medical/Dental staff, you will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support the clinic with courteous, culturally sensitive service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 1 year in medical office receptionist or records.
• Experience with computer medical entry and billing.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients with a friendly approach and explains clinic policies.
• Registers patients and verifies income/insurer information.
• Maintains registration data in the practice management system.
• Answers calls, screens appointments, and triages medical/dental requests.
• Coordinates patient flow with Medical/Dental teams.
