Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial intake and follow-up calls with patients.
• Process prescription refills per practice guidelines.
• Report concerns to licensed clinic personnel.
• Schedule and edit patient appointments in the scheduling system.
• Respond to inquiries from patients and families with accurate info.
• Act as patient advocate and liaison for Bay Area Foot Care.
• Serve as non-clinical concierge for referred patients.
• Meet monthly department goals.
• Adhere to HIPAA, ACW, and call-volume standards.
