Job summary

Lincoln Avenue Medical Dental Clinic in Yakima, WA seeks an Clinical Support Specialist to support PCHH operations, audits, and patient information workflows. The role includes registry management, ROI processing, and collaboration with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or certificate from an accredited technical school preferred.
• One year of office experience, preferably in a medical or dental office.
• Two years of experience in a medical or dental office preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required at level 9 on the language proficiency scale to receive bilingual differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates reports and registries for the PCHH team, ensuring compliance with workflows.
• Completes audits for invasive procedures and in-house labs, and tracks audits with documentation.
• Identifies and communicates process improvement ideas to appropriate staff.
• Assists with Release of Information forms and handles subpoenas/court orders to HIM for processing.
• Sorts and distributes mail and faxes to appropriate departments.
• Provides OB support, including report running, OB log maintenance, and consent records to hospital.
• Provides chart review support to Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
