• Bilingual Spanish speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors and callers.
• Oversee the reception area's safe, efficient, and comfortable atmosphere.
• Greet patients and visitors and assist as appropriate.
• Review schedules daily to ensure accuracy and fill appointment opportunities.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments per CHC guidelines.
• Collect, verify, update and document patient demographics, insurance information and forms.
• Reconcile patient visits daily.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and document in the EHR.
• Ensure forms are completed and accurate, including assisting patients in completing forms and scanning into the EHR.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
