Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and assist them as appropriate.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and manage the phone system.
• Collect, verify, update and document patient demographics and insurance information.
• Process patient payments and assist with sliding fee applications.
• Enter data in the EHR and ensure accuracy in records.
