Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Strong clerical and data entry skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and process all registration steps accurately.
• Enter charges for self-pay, insurance, and eligibility programs; reconcile daily totals.
• Determine and verify patient eligibility for programs and services.
• Assist patients and visitors; answer phones and direct inquiries.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain scheduling protocols.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date demographic and financial information; support QA/UDS data needs.
