CentroMed is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for patients at our clinics. You will welcome patients, handle registration, and process requests for health care, social services, and counseling.

You will coordinate data entry to meet agency deadlines and conduct/record patient financial reviews and billing activities. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, general healthcare experience, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• General healthcare setting experience is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients and update accounts in the clinic system.
• Enter charges for self-pay and insurance; reconcile daily balances.
• Verify patient eligibility for programs and assist with enrollment.
• Assist patients and visitors at the front desk and answer phones.
• Schedule patient appointments per protocol and maintain accurate records.
• Support outreach and administrative tasks as needed.
