Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and update demographic and financial information in the system.
• Enter charges for self-pay, insurance, and programs; reconcile daily balances.
• Verify eligibility for programs and assist patients with enrollment.
• Schedule patient appointments and follow up on no-shows.
• Maintain accuracy in encounter entries and prepare data for reports.
