CentroMed is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome patients, register accounts, and coordinate encounters at our San Antonio clinics. You will manage billing, eligibility checks, and appointment scheduling while ensuring accuracy and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Strong clerical skills and basic math.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register new patients and update accounts in the system.
• Enter charges for self-pay and insurance; reconcile daily.
• Verify insurance eligibility using TMHP and Availity.
• Schedule patient appointments per protocol.
• Follow up on no-shows and maintain demographic info.
• Support clinical teams and ensure compliance with policies.
