• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two years experience in integrated healthcare or primary care preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Epic EHR.
• Experience working with and sensitivity toward populations with limited income, education, or non-English speakers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, fluent in both languages.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients professionally in person and on the phone.
• Register patients accurately; verify demographic information; verify insurance and payment methods; collect co-pays.
• Balance cash-handling procedures and post co-pays; manage daily batch reporting.
• Schedule appointments and handle reschedules and outreach calls; manage no-show processes.
• Document patient encounters in the EMR with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area; participate in daily huddles and meetings.
