• Maintain patient confidentiality and proper documentation in the EMR.
• Balance cash-handling procedures and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Greet patients professionally; communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and staff.
• Participate in daily huddles and staff meetings; support front-desk operations.
