Qualifications

• Required: Bilingual (Spanish/English) with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and verify data for registration and eligibility.
• Schedule patient appointments for medical and dental sites.
• Coordinate with Center Manager to correct denied claims and minimize errors.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Provide excellent customer service and effective communication with patients and staff.
