Charlotte Community Health Clinic is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, verify demographic and insurance information, and enter data accurately at registration. The role includes collecting co-pays, scheduling follow-ups, and handling front desk duties in a busy dental/medical setting.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have clerical experience in a dental office, and be proficient with Dentrix/EPIC and Microsoft Office.

Competenze

• Two years of clerical experience in dental office preferred.
• Experience with Dentrix/EPIC preferred
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required
• Legible handwriting for notations in charts
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

Mansioni

• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Collect co-pays and sliding scale fees; prepare patient cards.
• Process check-out, verify charges and collect balances due.
• Schedule appointments based on request and availability.
• Update missing guarantor information and resolve billing questions.
• Respond to patient and staff inquiries and support front desk operations.
