Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take messages by phone or in person, gather information, and document per guidelines.
• Assist patients with inquiries in person or by phone and support Patient Access staff.
• Provide courteous, professional service at counters or on the phone (within 3 rings).
• Support hospital mission, policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
