Job summary

Urban Health Plan in The Bronx is hiring a Temporary to Permanent Patient Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish/English). The role greets and registers patients, verifies information, and provides compassionate assistance while maintaining a welcoming waiting area.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and 1 year of healthcare experience, plus bilingual English/Spanish skills and strong communication. Schedule is Monday–Friday with possible Saturdays, onsite at our Bronx facility.

Qualifications
