• Bilingual English/Spanish with complete comprehension and fluency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients in person and on the phone professionally.
• Register patients accurately and verify demographic information.
• Verify insurance and method of payment; collect fees and co-pays.
• Schedule appointments; handle reschedules and outreach calls.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Support documentation and paperwork flow; assist with front desk operations.
