The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, strong communication, and cash handling skills in a busy clinic. It involves handling 200–300 calls daily and supporting scheduling and patient flow in a 35-hour workweek with rotating weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Two years relevant work experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients courteously
• Initiate registration and verify demographic information in the system
• Verify and update insurance information at each visit
• Collect payments and co-pays per sliding fee scale
• Schedule initial and follow-up appointments
• Answer phones and manage patient flow
• Handle 200-300 calls per day and direct as needed
