Job summary

Keystone Health is seeking a motivated Bilingual Patient Access Representative to connect Spanish-speaking patients with care teams. You will schedule appointments, assist with referrals, and support communications using EMR and Solutionreach.

Fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma, and excellent customer service are essential in our fast-paced office. Join us to help families access heartfelt care and coordinate departmental projects when call volume drops.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Fully fluent in all areas of English/Spanish required.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
Experience using multi-line telephone systems and computer applications.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments through multiple channels, including telephone, Solutionreach, and the EMR system.
Reschedule appointments as needed and process incoming referrals.
Assist with patient communications and mailings.
Support departmental projects during periods of lower call volume.
