Orthodontic Experts Ltd is seeking a Patient Service Representative to warmly welcome visitors, answer calls, manage the front desk, and provide essential administrative support. You will collect patient information, check in and out patients, handle payments, and maintain accurate communications logs.

The role includes occasional travel to Glendale Heights and Mundelein clinics. The position requires a high school diploma, 3 years of customer service, 2 years of patient service, and bilingual

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of patient service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).

Responsibilities

• Answer all phone calls and return voicemails.
• Check-in new and existing patients and notify clinical staff.
• Collect patient information for registrations and HIPAA forms.
• Process check-outs, collect payments and schedule next visits.
• Maintain front desk and comm-log with patient communications.
• Review daily clinic schedule and adjust as needed.
• Assist with marketing events and travel to sister clinics as required.
• Perform cash handling and ensure accuracy of transactions.
