Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Ltd is seeking a Patient Service Representative to warmly greet visitors, answer calls, manage the front desk, and provide administrative support across multiple Chicagoland locations.

The role requires at least 3 years of customer service and 2 years of patient service experience, with bilingual Spanish proficiency. Travel to Aurora and Hillside is required; office hours include rotating shifts and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of patient service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Bilingual - Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all phone calls and return voicemails.
• Check-in/out patients and collect necessary information.
• Maintain front desk and handle general administrative tasks.
• Assist with daily schedule and clinic communications.
• Travel to Aurora and Hillside as needed.
• Support marketing events and perform other duties as assigned.
