Orthodontic Experts is seeking a Patient Service Representative to warmly welcome visitors, answer calls, manage the front desk, and provide general administrative support. You will check-in/out patients, collect necessary information, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires at least 3 years of customer service and 2 years in patient service, with bilingual Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience
• 2 years of patient service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
• Excellent problem solving and de-escalation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Answer all phone calls
• Check-in new and existing patients and notify clinical staff of arrival
• Collect patient information for new patients (registration, medical history, HIPAA)
• Check out patients (collect payments, schedule next appointment)
• Print end of the day reports
• Maintain reception area cleanliness
• Reply to office emails
• Call patients with outstanding balances
• Travel to sister clinics for duties when needed
• Participate in marketing events
• Cash handling
