Responsibilities

• Register patients, greet and check in, and manage switchboard and reception.
• Answer and transfer phone calls, deliver messages, and guide to staff.
• Record admissions for outpatient and emergency visits in EMR.
• Verify demographic and insurance information and ensure correct medical records.
• Review coverage and determine payer source for services.
