The Floating Hospital is seeking a Patient Navigator for our Long Island City facility. You will greet patients and families, coordinate with the front desk, and help ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families, and visitors entering the facility.
• Inform the front desk that patients have arrived for their visit.
• Answer questions appropriately and professionally, taking the necessary action.
• Provide patients with the required paperwork to be completed.
• Collaborate with the front desk to meet patient needs and questions.
• Escort patients to and from exam rooms.
• Ensure social distancing guidelines are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
