This entry-level role requires a High School Diploma, English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency, and a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist all departments with wheelchair transports and patient vehicle transportation (Lyft or cab).
• Help patients navigate the facility and translate non-medical information for employees and patients.
• Provide a positive first impression by warmly welcoming patients and visitors, answering questions, and assisting with requests.
• Coordinate patient transports with Public Safety Officers as needed.
• Maintain waiting areas and assist with general operations as required.
