Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent; 1 year receptionist/front desk experience.
• Valid NY driver's license or non-driver ID.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Proficiency with computers and relevant software applications.
• Excellent work ethic, reliability, stress tolerance, attention to detail.
• Bilingual Spanish required; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet persons entering the clinic.
• Handle all telephone inquiries and provide information.
• Take and relay all messages to the appropriate personnel.
• Direct visitors and patients to the correct destination.
• Screen calls, greet with the TFH greeting, and route to departments.
• Confirm patient appointments as directed.
• Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments.
• Maintain the tidiness of the reception and waiting area.
• Other duties as assigned by managers/directors.
