Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and external partners via multiple channels.
• Verify account information for billing and claims submission.
• Ensure accurate data in Med suite and Med Data Portal.
• Validate patient information including name, insurance, address, and phone.
• Resolve issues at the time of inquiry; escalate when needed.
• Handle complaints professionally; explain patient disputes and rights.
• Submit updated claims to insurance carriers.
• Verify eligibility and select correct payer plan.
• Document all actions in Med suite notes.
• Coordinate with Frost Arnett and Optima Collection Agencies.
• Adhere to all policies, PHI compliance, and quality standards.
• Promote teamwork and communicate effectively.
• Possess independence to perform daily tasks with minimal guidance.
