Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors entering the clinic.
• Display professionalism with a friendly office presence.
• Handle patient intake, start electronic records, and documentation of chief complaints.
• Input and update patient data in records; verify insurance and eligibility.
• Assist with forms and scheduling to keep the calendar running smoothly.
• Process checkout, collect payments, and post to ledgers with accuracy.
• Answer calls, direct messages, and relay patient concerns to leadership.
• Provide interpreter services and arrange transportation as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure confidential information.
• Coordinate with other departments and NWTC staff as necessary.
• Translate when required and ensure patient understanding.
